Thank You for shopping with Deans Sport and Dive! If you're not 100% thrilled with your new product purchase, we are here to help!  We would be happy to offer exchange or in-store credit on all purchases within 14 days. If you have any inquiries regarding a product or wish to return it for any reason, your first course of action should be to contact us

We operate a 28 days return policy for orders or part thereof that have not been used and are returned to us with their sealed original packaging (where applicable).

(That's 14 days for you to notify us and 14 days to get the package returned to us)

We offer exchange or in-store credit only.

In Order to Qualify for Any Returns for in-store credit, Your Item Must Meet the Following Criteria:

Item must have been returned to us within 28 Days of purchase.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging NOTE: If a product has been registered with the manufacturer for warenty purpose it is considered used as this warranty is not transferable

How to Return an Item?

Please give us a call or send us an email ahead of time before shipping your item back.

Customers will be responsible for the freight of the item coming back, as well as the new item if it is an exchange.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs and do our best to quickly rectify the situation!

Customers are responsible for shipping charges for all repair/warranty items
